EXOL Excelfluid Ultra EPDX Metalworking Fluid (S095) - 205 Litres
Excelfluid Ultra EPDX offers significant advantages in performance, without the implementation of chlorinated additives. Suitable for use in a wide range of difficult materials, and is perfect for aerospace manufacturing, benefitting from properties such as its low foaming, hard water stability, scum and soap formation (associated with more reactive materials) . Excelfluid Ulta EPDX offers exceptional machining performance in many varying applications such as creep feed grinding, with the added performance additives providing an outstanding surface finish on all types of aluminium, associated alloys, and high tensile steels. Ultra EPDX is extremely low foaming, making it suitable for use in high pressure coolant systems, such as those in modern CNC machine tools. Excelfluid Ultra EPDX is highly biostable and exhibits extended sump life whilst maintaining its high levels of anti-corrosion properties.
