EXOL Excelfluid RR Metalworking Fluid (S110) - 205 Litres

Made for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Excelfluid RR is a blue coloured semi synthetic biostable cutting and grinding fluid containing a relatively high emulsifier to oil ratio which creates a highly stable micro emulsion when mixed with water improving wetting characteristics and work-piece visibility. Boron biostable performance additives offer excellent resistance to bacterial proliferation and improved hard water compatibility. With used in sawing applications, this product has been proven to perform exceptionally on titanium, aluminium, aero aluminium alloys, stainless steel 304 and 316, inconcel 718 and 625.

Benefits:

  • Cost effective.
  • Good levels of surface finish.
  • Permits higher cutting speeds.
  • Low foaming.
  • Chlorine free.
  • NP ethoxylates free.
  • Multi-functional.
  • Excellent residual corrosion protection.
