EXOL Excelcut 1657 MT Neat Honing Oil (N033) - 5 Litres
Manufactured from highly refined paraffinic mineral oils which gives a pale colouring, Excelcut 1657 MT is a new generation low viscosity neat honing oil. Excelcut 1657 contains very high levels of controlled release sulfur, but it virtually odourless and is highly resistant to oxidation. It also contains fatty ester additives for the ultimate surface finish, extended tool life and low chip welding additives, as well as chlorinated EP additives. Paired with special anti-mist additives for improved visibility and healthier environmental aspects, Excelcut 1657 is made for all types of honing. The lower viscosity offers very low drag out losses in operation, improved penetration, fast heat dissipation from the honing zone and excellent particulate removal rates. Suitable for all types of honing on mold, medium and high tensile steel, without having to worry about the staining of non-ferrous materials.Ā Ā
